A chauffeur service lives on reliability: rides, vehicles, clients and figures have to add up at any moment — especially in the Engadin high season.
For RB Limousine we set up the website and the company email, digitalised the office organisation and built a progressive web app that carries the entire operation. Chauffeurs record their rides and daily reports straight from their phones; the office sees cash, expenses, refuelling and vehicles in one system.
On top of that sits the commercial side: invoicing, commission statements, reports as PDF and spreadsheet, importing and reconciling bank movements, and the link to the bookkeeping.
The system is in use every day and grows with the company — maintained and developed further by us.
